As the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of warranty submittal administration. You will be accountable for the implementation, management & upkeep of all warranty policies and procedures. You will also manage Service Center warranty training and development in conjunction with the Aftersales Technical Director on an ongoing basis, as well as offer corporate support for the Product Support group when necessary.


  • Implement and update warranty policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to stay in line with VinFast’s Global guidelines
  • Train & support Service Center & Field teams on warranty policies & procedures, inclusive of claim submission, required documentation, processing & reconciliation
  • Provide consistent communication on updates to protocols as they occur to relevant VinFast teams
  • Establish, maintain, and review warranty index nationally, regionally and at individual service center levels to ensure that warranty KPIs are met
  • Provide constructive feedback and solutions to Service Center & Field teams on rejected submittals to improve future claim submission accuracy & reimbursement
  • Assist in failure analysis and provide feedback to department heads prior to claim submission to avoid warranty rejections due to misdiagnosis, insufficient documentation, or abuse
  • Manage VinFast warranty submittals and hold meetings with the Field Quality Manager to improve products & protocols
  • Ensure Service Center & filed teams are adhering to warranty submission timelines and providing the required documentation according to policies & procedures
  • Implement & monitor VinFast parts return & scrappage policies
  • Assist with the resolution of Service Center warranty repair disputes
  • Other related duties as assigned


  • 5+ years of experience with warranty processes
  • Strong technical, written & verbal communication skills
  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners 
  • High attention to detail with experience in a startup or fast paced environment is a plus
  • Bilingual French and English is an asset
