  • Implement programs and tools to help promote employee attraction, development and mobilization.



  • Support the company in implementing key initiatives to promote talent retention and development according to the short- and long-term needs of the organization;
  • Use the Dayforce talent management analysis to determine opportunities and risks and ensure the efficiency of the company’s competency development programs;
  • Help the top management in managing the succession planning for key positions as well as leadership development;
  • Optimize current talent management and succession plan practices and propose innovative solutions;
  • Support the organization in developing and deploying initiatives focused on establishing a performance culture (ROWE);
  • Responsible for managing our annual employee engagement survey to measure the impact of our interventions on the organizational objectives such as performance, efficiency, employee retention and satisfaction at work, and propose initiatives;
  • Analyze the needs of internal customers and ensure the change transition and organizational improvements;
  • Bring advisory expertise and organization development support in all strategic projects of the company that aim at developing corporate culture, competency development, employee retention and strategic ambition achievement;
  • Support organizational culture and employee engagement, be responsible for defining and executing the internal communication strategy (in collaboration with various teams within the organization);
  • Create and implement team-building exercises and organizational development workshops;
  • Help the company develop initiatives to mobilize its employees.



  • Optimize and implement a strong competency development process (internal and external) aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Improve employee engagement through change management initiatives and an internal communication strategy.
  • Improve the company’s retention rate by proposing initiatives stemming from the annual survey.


  • Undergraduate university degree in human resources management or equivalent related training in organizational development;
  • Minimum of one to three years of experience in a pertinent position in organization development and change management;
  • Master’s degree in organizational development or an equivalent certification will be considered an asset;
  • Having implemented and participated in projects leading to various changes, such as restructuring, acquisition, technological changes, process re-engineering, etc.;
  • Experience and skills related to an advisory role to managers at all levels;
  • Capacity to better define the organizational needs and challenges and propose winning solutions;
  • Recognized for its ability to analyze and resolve complex situations;
  • Interpersonal communication skills, political savvy and influential force;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Mastery of the French language and good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
