We are currently recruiting for the role of:

*Kitchener, Waterloo or Niagara Areas

What you will do…
Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards and other deficiencies to reduce losses.
Develop and submit electronic reports, complete with thermal and digital imagery as well as recommendations to underwriting.
Conduct internal and external surveys.
Develop and maintain fully documented inspection files.
Participate in on-going training and continuous education.
Provide education/awareness sessions to all key stakeholders.

What you will bring…
Must be located in the Kitchener, Waterloo or Niagara Areas.
Previous experience in Risk Management and/or Loss Control is preferred. 
Education/courses relevant to risk management, valuation and/or other insurance accreditation will be an asset. 
Construction/fire background.
Farm knowledge (Confinement barns, grain systems).
Electrical systems knowledge.
WETT certification – or willing to obtain
Thermographer – or willing to obtain
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 
Ability to develop appropriate solutions. 
Strong organization and time management skills. 
Self-starter and ability to work independently. 
An individual with passion for meeting clients in person and great customer service skills to make a positive impact on our clients and business.
A valid driver's license is required.
Willingness to travel.
