What You'll Be Doing


  • Perform daily material movement needs within the packaging department and the cooler.
  • Use of pallet jacks and power jacks to move heavy items 
  • Accuracy of inventory locations in the cooler are being met.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of picks being made by the packaging supports is being met as per the Packaging production needs.

  • Overall organization of the cooler is being met all of the time.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of material movement tasks is being met.

  • Packaging Schedule targets are adhered to.

  • Ensuring warehouse processes are being completed and training of the Packaging team supports on the warehouse layout as requested by the supervisor.

  • Communicate inventory levels and quality concerns to the Supervisor or relevant people.

  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective action solution development.

  • Performing record keeping as requested by supervisors and managers.

  • Work to make continuous improvements to job tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Have a thorough understanding and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.

  • Supporting other departments as needed.

     

  What We Are Looking For 
 

  • 1+ years of experience in food prep, restaurant, warehouse, or busy retail environment preferred.

  •  Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. (23 kg)

  • Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.

  • Extremely proficient at multitasking.

  • Detail oriented and meticulous.

  • Able to stand on your feet for 10 hour shifts.

  • Punctual attendance is essential.

  • Willing to work afternoon, evenings and weekend shifts as required.

  • You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a helping hand.
